I am a wildlife photographer passionate about capturing the moments that reveal an animal’s inner world — the tenderness of a mother with young, the stillness of creatures at rest, the strength and beauty of movement, or the quiet dignity of a portrait.

My work is guided by a love of emotionally resonant images, especially those that remind us how deeply connected we are to the natural world.

Nikon USA has featured my images in two articles, including  “Eye Contact: The Art & Craft of the Wildlife Portrait,” which explored my approach to wildlife photography as portraiture- where animals are treated like any human subject - full of emotions, from fears and longings to love and connection.   The other Nikon USA article looked at my use of their (then brand new)  Z9 mirrorless camera to capture a Snowy Owl in motion. 

My photographs have been recognized by the Audubon Society, both locally and nationally, and have earned first place in international competitions. They have also been published in international newspapers as well as featured at the top of Zenfolios 2025 roundup of most inspiring animal photographs.  On social media, my images now reach an audience of more than 25K followers, with an average monthly reach of +/- 200K.

Additionally, I’m proud to have co-founded and co-run New England Wildlife, a Facebook group of over 57K members. It has grown into a vibrant community of wildlife and conservation enthusiasts as well as many gifted photographers who share their passion and images every day.
